On Tuesday, October 21, 2008, the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) will jointly launch their new "Clean Hands Protect Lives" province-wide campaign designed specifically to educate Ontario health care patients about the importance of effective hand hygiene.
